Group Exercise Classes

Research has shown that exercise can help reduce fatigue in people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). In our group fitness classes, we incorporate cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, core-focused exercises, balance work, and stretching to address the common problem areas experienced by people with MS.
Fitness with a Purpose. Community with heart.
In each class, participants can expect a supportive group atmosphere with a focus that alternates between upper and lower body exercises each week.
All classes will incorporate essential elements such as core strengthening, balance, and stretching, making them appropriate for all mobility levels, whether seated in a chair, standing, or on the floor.
Different equipment will be utilized based on individual abilities, including bands, weights, and ankle weights.
Classes will last between 45 to 60 minutes.

In-Person Classes: Tuesdays and Fridays at 1:00 p.m.
Live Virtual Classes: Mondays and Wednesdays, CLASS TIMES COMING SOON!
On-Demand access to workouts is available with our membership plans.
